Do unused hours roll over?
Hours expire each month unless separately agreed.
Can I stop or pause?
A pause begins at the end of the paid period. Essentiel requires three paid periods with an early cancellation fee. Other packs can end at the paid-period boundary without a cancellation fee.
What are the delivery times?
For ordinary requests, the first proposal is targeted within 72 hours after the complete brief is accepted and work begins. Larger projects receive an estimate first.
