    After payment, complete the private brief with your business, audience, preferences and references. You can attach existing materials.

  3. Concepts and revisions

    Review 2 concepts and share your feedback in writing. 2 revision rounds refine the selected direction.

  4. Receive your files

    Receive the final logo in SVG, PNG, PDF, according to your order date.

A logo built for every use

A logo is built through proportions, spacing and the relationship between a mark and its lettering. We work on composition and typography around your business and the uses described in your brief.

The two concepts give you concrete options to consider. Your feedback guides the adjustments, then we prepare the agreed formats for use across your different materials.

Questions about logo design

How quickly is my logo delivered?

Within 14 calendar days, weekends included. The date is calculated when payment starts, shown before you pay, and stays the date of your order.

Who owns the logo?

The economic rights to the logo and its source files transfer to you once full payment is received. The studio may show the project in its portfolio unless you object in writing before delivery.

What if two revision rounds are not enough?

Any additional revision is billed by the hour, and only after your prior written agreement.

How do I pay for the logo?

Once, when you order, by card or TWINT through Stripe. You can request an invoice from the studio. Final prices in CHF. Goodbye Internet is not registered for VAT.

What if I cancel my logo?

Before work begins: a full refund within 5 working days, without conditions. After work begins: hours already worked are due pro rata, and the studio sends you a clear record of hours before refunding the unused balance.

Is the logo made with artificial intelligence?

No. Your logo is drawn without generative AI. AI is only used for presentation mockups.

I also need a website: what should I choose?

The launch package brings together this logo, an Entreprise website and your Google Business Profile setup, all from a single brief.
