This date illustrates three calendar days if your complete brief is accepted and work begins today. For ordinary requests, the target is a first proposal within 72 hours after both steps, rather than final delivery. Final timing depends on the request; larger work is estimated before it starts.
What the subscription includes
- Essentiel: 2 design hours per month
- Régulier: 5 design hours per month
- Renfort: 10 design hours per month
- Partenaire: 20 design hours per month
Essentiel requires three paid periods. The other packages can be cancelled monthly.
Unused hours expire each month unless separately agreed.
From subscription to delivery of your requests
Choose and subscribe
Choose your hours, read and explicitly accept the terms, then start payment. The first month is paid immediately, with renewals on the monthly anniversary date.
Describe your request
Share your needs, content and references in writing. The complete brief must be accepted before work begins.
First proposal and feedback
For ordinary requests, a first proposal is targeted within 72 hours after the complete brief is accepted and work begins. Send your feedback in writing.
Delivery for each request
Work and delivery are defined around your request and the package’s hours. Larger projects receive an estimate before work begins.
The studio’s work
Each request starts with the content and the material to produce. Composition, typography and visual details are developed in that context, with attention to consistency with your existing elements.
Your feedback refines the proposals. The package provides a volume of hours; stages and delivery are defined around the requested work, and unused hours follow the package’s terms.
Questions about the design subscription
How many hours should I choose?
Essentiel: 2 hours, Régulier: 5 hours, Renfort: 10 hours, Partenaire: 20 hours a month. The more hours a package includes, the lower its effective hourly rate. Amounts are shown when you choose a package.
What kind of work is covered?
Recurring design work such as your posts, presentations, posters or packaging. Larger requests receive an estimate before work starts.
When will I get a first proposal?
For ordinary requests, the studio targets a first proposal within 72 hours after a complete brief is accepted and work begins. It is a first proposal, not delivery of the project.
What happens to unused hours?
Unused hours expire each month unless separately agreed.
Can I pause the subscription?
Yes, from your subscription area. The pause takes effect at the end of the paid period; after that, no charge and no new hours. Resuming requires a new immediate payment. For Essentiel, a pause does not count as a paid period.
How do I cancel the subscription?
Régulier, Renfort and Partenaire can be cancelled without a fee at the end of the paid period. Essentiel requires three paid periods; before then, a fee of 50% of the installments remaining in the commitment is due.
How is payment made?
The first month is paid immediately by card through Stripe, then each month on the signup anniversary. Your invoice history is available from My subscription.
Monthly or by project: which should I choose?
Monthly design suits recurring needs, with 2 to 20 hours a month depending on the package. For a specific logo, website or launch package, choose the matching offer. Other requests can be covered by an individual quote.
